THE PSQ

The Portland String Quartet has had an enormous impact locally, regionally and internationally since its inception in 1969.

The Portland String Quartet Society is a non-profit dedicated to improving the cultural lives of Maine residents by providing them with opportunities to listen to and learn about chamber music from the highly acclaimed, internationally recognized, Portland String Quartet.
